Property Taxes
Recurrent property taxes as currently structured are anti-ownership, anti-capital accumulation, and a quiet expropriation mechanism. Taxing unrealised value year after year is hostile to wealth formation.
Abolish or radically reduce council tax in its current form. Replace with: transaction-based taxation (stamp duty reworked—lower but unavoidable), and land value uplift capture only when the state creates the value (new rail, zoning upshift, infrastructure). No punishment for holding or improving property. Primary residences protected aggressively.

Structural Zoning Reform

What stays restricted: strategic land, heritage sites (real ones, not vibes-based designations), defence, energy, and security zones.

Foreign ownership allowed, but: no strategic land, no political leverage, reciprocity enforced. Land hoarding without development becomes expensive only after long inactivity—not as a punishment for ownership itself.

Geopolitical selectivity: intake only where it advances UK interests (alliance stability, leverage, skilled cohorts). Immediate right to work; no long-term dependency structures. Dispersal with limits: no permanent clustering in major cities; capacity-based placement. Fast removal if denied—weeks, not years; no serial appeals loop.
Welfare for Illegal Immigrants
Total lockout. No cash benefits, housing, or non-emergency services. Emergency-only care: life-saving treatment only; costs tracked for recovery where possible. No NGO pass-throughs: end indirect welfare via third-party funding that recreates benefits off-book.
No child-as-anchor policy: birth or schooling does not create status or welfare eligibility. Strict verification: digital status checks for any public service beyond emergency response. Rapid exit incentives: one-time departure assistance beats ongoing support.
Enforcement Against Illegal Presence
National status check + registration: mandatory proof-of-status checks for work, renting, bank accounts, and public benefits; fast digital verification system. Priority removal tiers:
- Tier 1 Violent offenders, gangs, organised crime → immediate detention + removal.
- Tier 2 Repeat offenders, identity fraud → detention + removal.
- Tier 3 All others → removal timetable.
Rapid adjudication pipeline: massively shortened decision timelines (weeks/months, not years) with dedicated courts and strict deadlines. Detention capacity expansion: enough beds to make removals real, not symbolic—clean standards with independent oversight.
