Nationality research can involve information about relatives, dates and places of birth, marriages, deaths, migration history, citizenship or naturalization status, and historical records. Only submit information you are comfortable sharing and that you are lawfully permitted to provide.
3. How We Use Information
We use submitted information to evaluate potential nationality or mobility routes, determine whether a matter is within scope, prepare research or document strategies, communicate with you, provide requested services, prevent abuse, and maintain business records relating to an engagement.
4. Review Form and PDF Intake
The website can generate a formatted PDF from information entered in the review form. That PDF and a summary of the submission may be emailed to Jackson Nationality & Mobility for review. The website is not intended to create a public profile or public family tree from your submission.
5. Storage and Retention
The website does not intentionally maintain a public database of review submissions. Submitted reviews may be retained in business email, local working files, backups, or client records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, perform the engagement, maintain records, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of information that is no longer required, subject to legitimate recordkeeping needs.
6. Service Providers and External Resources
The website may load resources from third-party providers such as web-font services, image hosts, content-delivery networks, flag-image providers, hosting companies, or email infrastructure. The website and services are intended for adults seeking research or assistance for themselves or their families. We do not knowingly solicit review-form submissions directly from children under 13.

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you previously submitted, where reasonably feasible and subject to legal or legitimate business recordkeeping requirements. You may also ask us to stop using your information for a prospective engagement.

Nationality and genealogy research is inherently international. If you submit information from outside the United States, your information may be processed or stored in the United States or other countries where service providers operate.
